Maxin Relaxin' in Tepoztlán: Day 2

The next morning, we woke up hella refreshed and headed to morning yoga. Ends up, it was International Yoga Day. What are the odds, that we happened to practice yoga on this day, in one of the most spiritually energetic locations of the Earth? As we walked towards the golden sun, we met up with Luis & instructor Erica at the Labyrinth of Chartres. Explained by Luis, you're supposed start at the outside of the maze, and walk your way toward the middle with your eyes shut, guided by the rocks marking the edges of the pathway.

The golden sun radiated on our faces as we overlooked the mountains. It couldn't have been a better way to start off the day, as Erica's guidance instructed our breath and relaxed our minds.

After breakfast, Hostal de la Luz continued to spoil us as we squeezed in a quick shoot as we awaited our full body massages, and hydro chakra therapy. Here, a jet pool aligned our seven chakras, which represent the center of energy in our bodies, with the use of water jets and spouts. As we completed the session, we're greeted with champagne and chocolate covered strawberries..

After all this, we really didn't think the experiences and hospitality at Hostal de la Luz could get any better. But continued to give us the perfect environment to let go, and relax. After another 3-coursed meal for lunch, we hit up the local market in the tour bus of soccer team Tiburones Rojos de Veracruz, thanks to @Phillippwalker. In the market, which is only set up on Wednesdays and the weekends, is colorfully decorated by locals selling art, and tons of spiritual items such as crystals, rocks and stones. @AmberBorzotra left with a crystal sound bowl.
